I remember so clearly being in college and wondering, Am I all alone in this?
It was very discouraging, very disheartening. When things were getting really bad for me, I decided to speak with a psychiatrist. And I remember so clearly that day, sitting across from him trying to describe the indescribable.
He looked at me and handed me this big, black book. “Take a look at this section. Read here.” I read the title: Chronic Anxiety Panic Disorder. I was shocked. As I read through the description, it was describing me and what I was experiencing.
That day, I realized I wasn’t alone. There are others battling this same condition. That day also started a quest for me–to learn as much as I possible could about this condition. The quest has lead me to freedom and peace.
Today, I am free from a life-long battle with panic attacks and fear. Freedom is real. Freedom is possible.
That is why I have this resources page, to better equip you for this battle. It’s not an easy battle, but it’s one that you can win.
I’m sure of it.
